A short statement is in order to commend the agent on this loss, Mr. Thomas J. Landrigan. Mr. Landrigan was very helpful with this claim. He worked as a go-between with the contractors, the client, the cleaning company as well as both insurance adjusters. He was very diligent in looking after the interest of the client while attempting to insure that the carriers were treated fairly. He kept me, as well as the other adjuster on this large claim, "in the loop" as the claim evolved. He helped both adjusters to resolve flood vs wind damage, as well as to address items that overlapped in the estimates. He was very helpful in explaining to the client to coverages in the two policies as well as the differences between the two. He is an asset to the companies that he represents.
